- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the most pathetic business that I have ever dealt with. I thought I ordered a wrist and brace from Med Spec however, I received an email from Bonanza that I purchased from RehabSupplyShoppe. The return address from the package said, HPMS,Inc,The Therapy Connection. I ordered a medium, but was sent an exta-large. It is IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH A PERSON!!! When you do call the only option you get is to email them. The email you get back from them wants you to agree with their return policy, which I never saw when I ordered, and refers you to the Bonanza website to review the return policy. The return policy is the worst I have ever dealt with.By nancy andrews, November 16, 2016
